Energy concept

Our houses represent not only robust structures, excellent thermal insulation and thoughtful room layout but also advanced, energy-efficient technical equipment of the buildings.

Our houses represent not only robust structures, excellent thermal insulation and thoughtful room layout but also advanced, energy-efficient technical equipment of the buildings. We install heat pumps in our projects to ensure efficient house heating and domestic hot water comfort. Underfloor heating is designed in the entire space with room by room temperature control.

In addition, our houses are equipped with a central ventilation system with heat recovery, offering numerous advantages. A heat exchanger in the heat recovery module transfers heat from the outflow to the inflow air. The filters installed give us fresh and clean air at home and prevent intrusion of dust and contaminants contained in air. Used air is exhausted from the building always in the same amount as supplied air. The greatest advantage of a mechanical ventilation system: a reduction in energy losses in our houses by up to 40%.

Using practically tested, state-of-the-art systems, we can reduce building occupation costs to a minimum. We are capable of indicating those costs as part of energy monitoring of our houses. For example, in our “classic” project completed in Ingoldingen (usable space of about 100 sq. m), measured annual energy consumption for heating purposes amounted to 3,800 kWh, corresponding to electricity consumption of 1,180 kWh at an average COP of the heat pump of 3.2. Given an electricity price in Poland amounting to about PLN 0.60 per kWh, the annual cost of heating of that type of building amounts to about PLN 710. This is less than half of the cost incurred in a detached house with a standard thermal insulation.
